Branding
Overview
In 2022 the Urbana Country Club opened a members-only coffee space in their new Resort. I was hired to create a new visual identity for the space. The branding was developed over a period of many months, and involved many conversations about the strategy behind the brand with the GM and Owner. The central goal for the brand was to present to the members a brand that is both edgy and luxurious, welcoming and elevated. From the illustrative icon of the albatross to the subtly elegant type, the merging of the old and the new is what we wanted to convey in the branding as a whole.
